Omnixa Group Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chains. This statement sets out the steps we take to support that commitment.

Note: the statutory duty to publish an annual modern slavery statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 applies to commercial organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more. Omnixa Group Ltd publishes this statement voluntarily, as part of our commitment to responsible business practice.

Our Business

Omnixa Group Ltd provides CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and manned guarding services to domestic and commercial clients from our Worcester and Knighton offices, covering the Welsh Borders, the Midlands and Worcestershire.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include suppliers of security equipment (cameras, alarms, access control hardware), uniforms and, where used, subcontracted manned guarding or response partners. We expect all suppliers and subcontractors we work with to comply with all applicable employment and modern slavery legislation.

Our Policies

We carry out right-to-work checks on all employees before they start working for us, and we pay all staff at least the National Minimum/Living Wage. Any member of staff who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking, in our business or our supply chains, is encouraged to raise them with management.

Due Diligence

We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that our direct suppliers and subcontractors operate to the same standards, and we will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
